  • The registered camper is responsible for the proper registration and actions of their guests. Overnight visitor passes expire at noon on the following day.
  • Wi-Fi is available in limited areas. It can be used for social media, emails and web browsing. DO NOT USE FOR VIDEO STREAMING OR GAMING. Our system is not designed for high bandwidth usage.
  • It is strictly forbidden to allow any type of wastewater to flow onto the ground. Please utilize our dump station or request our pump-out service.
  • Please place your trash in the dumpster (not a trash ­container) each day. Only household trash is accepted. No chairs, tents, rugs, BBQ grills, boxes, etc.
  • Deposit containers must be placed in designated receptacles for donation to local charities. Do not dispose of deposit containers by placing them in the dumpster or trash containers.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly ­enforced.
  • Alcoholic beverages must be kept under control. By State law, people under 21 years of age are not allowed to ­possess or consume alcoholic beverages. Anyone under 21 years of age may not possess or use recreational marijuana/cannabis concentrate (edibles).
  • Park speed limit is 5 MPH and is strictly enforced.
  • To avoid a maintenance fee, PLEASE do not relocate fire rings. This creates multiple hazards and damages our grounds.
  • Fires must be contained within the designated fire rings and kept at a height of 2' or less. Do not burn anything but wood or paper. Other materials are harmful to the environment and may create a health risk to your neighbors.
  • Do not cut or deface any tree living or dead. There is a minimum fine of $50 for each offense.
  • Radio volume should be low enough not to be heard beyond your site.
  • Well-behaved, non-aggressive dogs with a valid rabies certificate on file are welcome in the park but not in the pool area, on the playgrounds or in any building. They must be on a leash no longer than 6' at all times. The person walking the dog must be able to control it. Please pick up after your pet and never leave them unattended. Dogs should not be allowed to continually howl, bark or whine. Visitors may not bring dogs into the park. If you have a pet, please refer to the new dog rules that were given to you at check in.
  • Possession of fireworks is strictly forbidden. Concealed weapons permit holders must show their permit upon check in.
  • State law requires the use of bike helmets. No bike riding from dusk to dawn.
  • Motorcycle and ATV use is restricted to coming and going from the park. Louder vehicles will be asked to park in the parking lot.
  • Washing of vehicles and all other outside water use is not permitted. State health code prohibits the use of “wye” connectors on our water bibs. It is a violation of state law to tamper with or remove the anti-siphon device on the water bibs.
  • Pool Hours – 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. No lifeguard will be on duty. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  • No swimming in the ponds.
  • State law prohibits smoking or vaping in any of our buildings.
  • Parents must be responsible for their children. They are not under the care of the campground. Anyone under the age of 18 must be on their site or accompanied by an adult by dusk.

Dog Rules
Well behaved, non-aggressive dogs with a valid rabies vaccination are welcome in the park. In order to continue this, we ask that you adhere to the following rules:

• Dogs are not permitted within the pool fence, on the playground or in any building.
• The must be on a leash no longer than 6'. No extenders allowed.
• The person walking the dog must be able to control the dog.
• Always pick up after your pet.
• Excessive or continued barking, howling or whining will not be tolerated.
• Dog enclosures may not exceed 100 square feet and must be set back a minimum of 10' from the road.
• If a pet owner is found in violation of any rule, a "3 Strike Rule" will apply:
— 1st Offense - pet owner receives a verbal warning
— 2nd Offense - a $50.00 fine will be billed to the pet owner
— 3rd Offense - the dog must be removed from the park
Whispering Pines loves our furry, friendly guests and want to be able to continue allowing them in the park.

Cancellation Policy for Campsites
While it’s our hope that you won’t have to cancel your reservation, we understand that sometimes plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, here is what you need to know:

All reservations require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total charges. Reservations for one (1) night, holiday weekends and “Special Events” weekends require a 100% non-refundable deposit. “Special Events” dates may include but are not limited to special concert events at Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) and Belmont Week and Travers Week at the Saratoga Racecourse.

To avoid additional charges, cancellations and modifications, like the number of people, must be made at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date so that the appropriate adjustments can be made. If you need to reschedule your reservation, your deposit can be applied to a new reservation within twelve (12) months of your original arrival date. All cancellations received within seven (7) days of the scheduled arrival date will incur additional charges for the remaining balance due. Please note that deposits for one (1) night, long term reservations (7 nights or more), holiday weekends and “Special Events” cannot be applied to a new reservation unless cancelled at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

Park Model Reservation, Cancellation & Unit Policies:
• A 2 night minimum is required (3 nights during peak summer and holday periods)
• A $300 refundable security deposit is required on all bookings
• Rates are based on 2 persons. Additional persons are $25/night or $100/week.
• Unit capacity is 6 persons.
• Check in 3:00 PM
• Check out 11:00 AM
• NO PETS
• NO SMOKING
• All bookings require payment in full including the security deposit.
• A 14 day cancellation is required for Spring, Summer and Autumn bookings for a full deposit refund minus a 20% cancellation fee.
• A 30 day cancellation is required for Peak Summer bookings for a full deposit refund minus a 20% cancellation fee.
• Please allow 30 days for deposit and cancellation refunds.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EVICT ANYONE WITHOUT REFUND.
