All visitors must obtain a visitor pass before entering the park. All visitors must register before 9:00 PM.
Visitors are not allowed to bring pets into the park.

Dumping Station & Pump-Out Fees
Non-Campers (off the road): $50.00 (equivalent to one night stay)
On Site Pump-Out Service (schedule & pre-pay in the office):

Cancellation Policy for Campsites
While it’s our hope that you won’t have to cancel your reservation, we understand that sometimes plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, here is what you need to know:

All reservations require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total charges. Reservations for one (1) night, holiday weekends and “Special Events” weekends require a 100% non-refundable deposit. “Special Events” dates may include but are not limited to special concert events at Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) and Belmont Week and Travers Week at the Saratoga Racecourse.

To avoid additional charges, cancellations and modifications, like the number of people, must be made at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date so that the appropriate adjustments can be made. If you need to reschedule your reservation, your deposit can be applied to a new reservation within twelve (12) months of your original arrival date. All cancellations received within seven (7) days of the scheduled arrival date will incur additional charges for the remaining balance due. Please note that deposits for one (1) night, long term reservations (7 nights or more), holiday weekends and “Special Events” cannot be applied to a new reservation unless cancelled at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

Please note, reservations are not guaranteed until a deposit payment is made or is held with your credit card information. Please call if you are looking for a same-day reservation! In order to better serve you, please submit separate forms for each site reserved. Each site requested must be reserved with different names. If you do not receive an email confirmation for your reservation within 24 hours, please check your SPAM folder.
