In order to better serve you, please submit separate forms for each site reserved. Each site requested must be reserved with different names.

If you plan to arrive within 24 hours, please call our office at (855) 687-2267 to make a reservation. Do not fill out the on-line reservation request form.

Please Note – This is a request form only! Our Reservations Office will process your reservation pending availability and send you an e-mail confirmation generally within 24 hours. We will notify you by e-mail if your reservation cannot be processed. If you do not receive an e-mail from our office within 24 hours, please check your spam folder!

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CAMPSITES

Reservations are charged a non-refundable deposit minimum of 50%.

One (1) night reservations, holiday weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th & Labor Day) and certain “Special Events” dates are charged a 100% non-refundable deposit. “Special Events” dates may include, but are not limited to special concert events at Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) and Travers Week at the Saratoga Race Course. Please email us at info@saratogacamping.com if you need verification on Special Events dates .

All reservation modifications must be made by replying to your confirmation. Phone modifications and cancellations are not accepted.

To avoid additional fees, cancellations must be requested by responding to your confirmation within seven (7) days of your arrival.

“No Show” reservations will be charged an additional $25.00 administration fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PARK MODEL CABIN

All reservations for our park model cabin requires a 100% deposit upon booking, including the security deposit.

A fourteen (14) day cancellation is required for Spring, Summer and Autumn bookings. Proper cancellations will receive a full deposit refund, minus a 20% administration fee.

A thirty (30) day cancellation is required for Peak Summer bookings. Proper cancellations will receive a full refund, minus a 20% administration fee.

Please allow thirty (30) days for refunds.

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS ON CAMPING

Please be sure you can honor your reservation before submitting a request.

We do not issue refunds for early departures, so please book your reservation for only the nights you are sure you will be able to stay with us.

Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore, we do not issue credits or refunds due to inclement weather or other discomforts of nature.
