Please Note – This is a request form only! Our Reservations Office will process your reservation pending availability and send you an e-mail confirmation generally within 24 hours. We will notify you by e-mail if your reservation cannot be processed. If you do not receive an e-mail from our office within 24 hours, please check your spam folder!
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CAMPSITES
Cancellation of reservations must be made prior to 7 days of arrival to avoid cancellation fees.
All cancellations made within the 7 days prior to arrival date will be assessed a cancellation fee:
1 night stay = full amount due
2 nights or more (non-holiday periods) = 50% of total
No Show = 100% of total
Holidays or Special Event Periods = 100% of total

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PARK MODEL CABIN
All reservations for our park model cabin requires a 100% deposit upon booking
Long-term reservations of seven (7) nights or more including holidays and special event periods require a non-refundable 50% deposit which will be charged to your credit card at the time your reservation is made (see Camping Rates & Fees).
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS ON CAMPING
Please be sure you can honor your reservation before submitting a request.
We do not issue refunds for early departures, so please book your reservation for only the nights you are sure you will be able to stay with us.
Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore, we do not issue credits or refunds due to inclement weather or other discomforts of nature.
