Please Note – This is a request form only!  Our Reservations Office will process your reservation pending availability and send you an e-mail confirmation generally within 24 hours.  We will notify you by e-mail if your reservation cannot be processed.  If you do not receive an e-mail from our office within 24 hours, please check your spam folder!

RESERVATION, CANCELLATION & UNIT POLICIES

  • A 2 night minimum is required (3 nights during peak summer and holiday periods)
  • A $300 refundable security deposit is required on all bookings
  • Rates are based on 2 persons.  Additional persons are $25/night or $100/week
  • Unit capacity is 6 persons
  • Check in 3:00 PM
  • Check out 11:00 AM
  • NO PETS
  • NO SMOKING
  • All bookings require payment in full including the security deposit
  • A 14 day cancellation is required for Spring, Summer and Autumn bookings for a full deposit refund minus a 20% cancellation fee
  • A 30 day cancellation is required for Peak Summer bookings for a full deposit refund minus a 20% cancellation fee
  • Please allow 30 days for deposit and cancellation refunds
