RESERVATION, CANCELLATION & UNIT POLICIES
- A 2 night minimum is required (3 nights during peak summer and holiday periods)
- A $300 refundable security deposit is required on all bookings
- Rates are based on 2 persons. Additional persons are $25/night or $100/week
- Unit capacity is 6 persons
- Check in 3:00 PM
- Check out 11:00 AM
- NO PETS
- NO SMOKING
- All bookings require payment in full including the security deposit
- A 14 day cancellation is required for Spring, Summer and Autumn bookings for a full deposit refund minus a 20% cancellation fee
- A 30 day cancellation is required for Peak Summer bookings for a full deposit refund minus a 20% cancellation fee
- Please allow 30 days for deposit and cancellation refunds
